Search Results, Refined: Advisories, a Sources Rail and No Repeated Searches
The Momor Team · Oct 29, 2026 · 3 min read
The results page is where Search earns or loses trust, so it got a careful pass. Nothing flashy: a page that tells you what the research noticed, shows everything it read, and stops making you wait for an answer you already have.
Highlights
- An advisory line above the answer when the research notices something worth saying
- A sources rail that keeps every page Search read, marked by how it was used
- Ask the same thing twice and you get the earlier reply, with no second search
- Result blocks headed by the query that produced them, with the best options tagged
- Easier to move around long conversations, by mouse or keyboard
What it noticed, and everything it read
When Search spots something you should know but did not ask, such as a question that could mean two different things, it now says so in one line above the answer, without stopping to wait for you. The Steps panel folds itself away once you scroll past it, so the answer gets the room.
After the answer, the Sources rail keeps every page Search read, not just the ones it cited, each marked by whether it was used. Hover a citation and the words it supports are tinted in the answer.
No repeated searches
Ask a question you already asked in the conversation, by typing it or by picking it from the related questions, and Search shows the reply it already gave: "You asked this already. Here it is."
Results you can scan and move through
Each block of results is headed with the query its tool actually ran. The cheapest and fastest flights, the cheapest offer, games won and lost, and places named in the answer are tagged. Weather and calculations appear as tiles, with a forecast chart.
In a long conversation, the trail of searches shows Earlier and Later arrows when searches are out of view, and a button jumps you to the latest answer. Result tabs work with the arrow keys. The question box spans the full width of the results.
Why This Matters
An answer is only as useful as your ability to check it and move on. Showing every source, flagging what the research noticed, and not re-running a question you already asked all point the same way: less waiting, more seeing.
What this means for you: a results page that shows its sources in full, tells you what it noticed, and stays out of your way.
