One Sign-In, Four Kinds of Account: Search, Workflow, Gateway and Provider
The Momor Team · Nov 1, 2026 · 3 min read
Momor used to be one product, so one account was enough. It is now three products and a provider program, and the people using them range from someone asking a question to a team running its finance processes. So a single sign-in now holds up to four kinds of account, each kept separate.
Highlights
- A Search account, plus one each of a Workflow, Gateway and Provider organization
- Switch between them from the account menu
- Each has its own Settings, members and credits
- Invite people by email, and let admins share the work
- Delete an organization, or your whole account, from one place
Four kinds of account, kept apart
Everyone who signs in has a Search account for asking questions. Alongside it you can create one of each organization: a Workflow organization to run processes with Momor Workflows, a Gateway organization to call models through Momor's API, and a Provider organization to register the models you serve so Momor can review them for routing. The account menu lists what you have, offers to create what you do not, and switches between them.
Each account has its own Settings and its own billing. Your Search account, a Workflow organization and a Gateway organization do not share credits, even when you hold all three, so one team's usage never quietly spends another's balance.
Members and admins
An organization's owner and admins can invite people by email with a role. Someone new to Momor becomes a member at their first sign-in; someone already on Momor accepts by opening the link in the invitation email. Admins can do everything the owner does, except delete the organization or remove an admin or the owner.
Deleting an organization or your account
The owner can delete an organization once no one else is a member and it holds no runs. Deleting your account lives in one place, under Sign-in & security, for every account type: it names every account it will remove, then deletes you and your graph.
Why This Matters
A person exploring Search and a company running approvals through Workflows need different settings, different people and different bills. Separate accounts under one sign-in give each its own space without a second login.
What this means for you: one sign-in, a clear switch between what you do personally and what you do with your team, and money that stays where it belongs.
