See the Facts Behind Any Answer

A citation tells you where a sentence came from. It does not tell you what the answer actually depended on, which facts it merely glanced at, or how solid any of them are. The new "How we got here" panel does. Every answer in Momor Search now opens onto the graph of facts behind it.
Highlights
- Open the facts from "Facts behind this", from a citation, or by clicking a sentence
- Facts the answer relied on, facts it only read, and facts it learned are drawn differently
- Each fact opens to its sources, the strength of its evidence, when it holds, and any disagreement
- On every answer, for everyone, in Search and in Chat
- A side panel on wide screens and a full screen on phones
Relied on, read, learned
Open the panel beside Steps and the answer's facts appear as a graph. Facts the answer stood on are drawn solid, each tagged with what it supplied, such as a date or an amount. Facts it only consulted are dashed. Anything new it learned is marked. Filters narrow the view to what was relied on, consulted or learned. Click a sentence in the answer and the graph narrows to that sentence's facts.
A card for every fact
Select a fact and its card shows whether a source stated it or someone merely claimed it, how strong the evidence is, the dates it is valid for, the sources behind it, any disagreement laid out side by side, and its history. Select a company, place or person and you see its strongest connections.
On every answer, just after it lands
There is no setting to find. The graph is available on every answer, to every account, and the same panel appears on answers in an organization's Chat. It is written once the answer is finished, as Momor reconciles what the work found. Open it straight away and it tells you the facts are on their way; a moment later, they are there.
Why This Matters
Trusting an AI answer should not mean taking it on faith. Seeing exactly what an answer rested on, and how well supported each piece is, lets you decide how far to rely on it, and spot the one weak fact holding up a confident sentence.
What this means for you: when an answer matters, open the graph, check the facts it stood on, and follow any of them back to its sources.
