Every critical transaction visible, controlled and completed correctly.

See where each transaction stands, who approved it and what changed, even when systems, teams and regulations change.

The work

A critical transaction crosses five systems. When it stalls, it stalls silently.

A commercial drawdown starts in the relationship manager’s CRM, goes through credit checks, sanctions screening and a covenant review, needs two or three approvals depending on size, and is booked in the core system before funds move. Each step lives in a different application owned by a different team, and nobody can say where it is.

One drawdown, five systems

A drawdown request enters from CRM.

Drawdown D-8812: $2.4M for Harbor Foods. It has an owner, the relationship manager, and a deadline: funds due Friday.

Credit and screening run side by side.

Screening finds a possible name match. A model suited to the task scores it as low likelihood, within policy, so the work carries on, and the score and the rule are recorded.

Two approvals. One approver is on leave.

The first approver approves. The second is away, so after the agreed four hours the request goes to the named delegate, and the reassignment is recorded.

Who does what

Rules, AI and people, each in their place.

  • Rules and systemsApproval thresholds, delegation rules and deadlines. Connections to CRM, credit, screening and core banking.
  • AI, within a roleReads the drawdown request and supporting documents, checks them against the facility terms, and drafts the approval summary.
  • PeopleCredit approval, screening decisions above policy, and any exception to terms.

What stays

A complete record of every transaction.

What each system returned, who approved, under which rule, and when.

If a rule or threshold changes, the workflow gets a new version. Transactions already in flight finish under the version they started with, and the record says which.
