Questions

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy may expire if they’re still unused 12 months after purchase, and you’re told before any do. Starter and promotional credits expire on the date shown when they’re granted.

How does bring your own keys work?

Save one or more keys for a provider. Each key is tried either before Momor’s keys or only after them, and can be limited to certain models, API keys or members. Calls on your key are billed by the provider; Momor charges 5% of the list price from your credits.

Which features use Momor’s models whatever I choose?

Some features run on models Momor picks, such as maintaining the knowledge graph and summarising. They are billed from your credits and appear on your usage page.

Is Search priced the same for organizations?

Workflow organizations use Chat rather than Search. Its model calls are billed at Gateway prices from the Workflow organization’s credits.

Do my accounts share credits?

No. Search, a Workflow organization and a Gateway organization each have their own credits and billing, even when one person holds all three. A Provider organization has no credits: it has earnings and payouts for the traffic it serves, and earnings never pay for usage.

Can I get an invoice?

Every top-up has a receipt in Settings. Invoices and purchase orders come with an enterprise agreement.
